How Watching TV Can Affect Your Health

Did you know that we watch a whopping twenty-eight hours of TV each week? That means we spend one thousand six hundred and eighty minutes sitting in front the TV a week. We sit through over twenty thousand commercials each year. Yikes! This isn’t good for the fact that teen obesity is on the rise. It’s no wonder!
